Global B2B Terms of Service

Effective: August 31, 2026   |   Last updated: August 31, 2026

Business use only. JobsitePilot is an AI-assisted documentation and reporting tool. It is not a professional adviser, safety system, contract administrator, claims consultant, engineer, architect, attorney, or decision-maker. All output requires independent human review.

1. Agreement and Operator

These Global B2B Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of JobsitePilot, including its website, application, AI-assisted reporting, image-processing, document-generation, account, subscription, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). JobsitePilot is operated by Tmi J Juuso, Business ID 2721234-5, Keimolantie 88, 01750 Vantaa, Finland (“JobsitePilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: hello@getjobsitepilot.com. By checking the acceptance box and creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Business and Professional Use Only

The Service is offered solely for business and professional use and is intended primarily for contractors, subcontractors, construction and infrastructure professionals, supervisors, project personnel, and other commercial users. It is not intended for personal, family, household, or consumer use. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Purpose and Nature of the Service

JobsitePilot assists users in documenting, organizing, summarizing, formatting, and reviewing information supplied by users. AI features may process field notes, photographs, project details, work records, quantities, times, descriptions, and other materials and may highlight information that appears potentially relevant. The Service assists human professionals; it does not replace their judgment.

4. AI Limitations and Mandatory Human Review

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, misleading, fabricated, or wrong. AI may misunderstand user input, infer facts that are not true, omit material facts, incorrectly classify events, misread photographs, or associate information with the wrong activity, date, location, quantity, cost, delay, person, or contractual issue.

5. No Professional Advice or Certification

JobsitePilot is software. It is not an architect, engineer, attorney, construction manager, superintendent, project manager, quantity surveyor, estimator, accountant, safety professional, inspector, claims consultant, scheduler, contract administrator, code official, surveyor, utility locator, or other licensed or professional adviser. Output is not legal, engineering, architectural, safety, contractual, claims, accounting, tax, scheduling, estimating, compliance, or other professional advice, certification, inspection, approval, or verification.

6. Change Orders, Extra Work, Claims and Commercial Flags

The Service may display labels or suggestions such as “Commercial Flag,” “Potential Change Event,” “Action Required,” “Urgent,” potential extra work, potential additional work, potential delay, or similar wording. These are organizational indicators for human review only.

JobsitePilot does not determine whether any condition, event, instruction, discrepancy, photograph, communication, work item, delay, quantity, cost, or other information constitutes a change order, extra work, additional work, constructive change, differing site condition, compensable work, excusable delay, compensable delay, claim, breach, waiver, entitlement to payment, extension of time, damages, defense, remedy, or other contractual or legal right or obligation.

7. Contractual Notices, Deadlines and Preservation of Rights

JobsitePilot is not a substitute for reviewing and administering your contracts. It does not guarantee identification of notice requirements, triggering events, deadlines, recipients, delivery methods, required content, claim procedures, change-order procedures, dispute procedures, lien or bond deadlines, statutory deadlines, or other time-sensitive obligations. A JobsitePilot report does not automatically constitute a contractual or legal notice. Users are solely responsible for identifying, calculating, documenting, serving, and preserving all notices, deadlines, claims, and rights.

8. “Action Required” and Similar Language

“Action Required,” “Urgent,” and similar labels mean only that automated processing has suggested an item for human attention. They are not directions, orders, professional judgments, legal conclusions, safety determinations, or statements that any particular action is required.

9. Delays, Scheduling and Productivity

JobsitePilot does not determine critical-path impact, responsibility for delay, concurrency, excusability, compensability, acceleration, disruption, productivity loss, liquidated damages, schedule entitlement, or entitlement to additional time or money. Any delay or schedule-related output requires independent review against the applicable contract, schedule, records, and law.

10. Quantities, Costs, Hours and Financial Use

The Service may process measurements, quantities, crew counts, equipment usage, hours, production rates, deliveries, costs, prices, and similar data but does not independently verify them. Users must verify all numbers, calculations, dates, times, rates, quantities, costs, and assumptions. Output must not be the sole basis for invoices, payment applications, payroll, bidding, estimating, financial reporting, claims, or payment certification.

11. Safety

It does not replace competent-person inspections, qualified safety professionals, OSHA or other regulatory compliance, site-specific safety plans, permits, training, supervision, hazard assessments, manufacturer instructions, or required procedures. AI may fail to identify dangerous conditions. The absence of a safety-related flag must never be interpreted as evidence that any site, activity, excavation, trench, utility, equipment, structure, work method, or condition is safe. Work must not be started, continued, stopped, or resumed solely because of JobsitePilot output.

12. Utilities, Existing and Site Conditions

JobsitePilot is not a utility-locating, surveying, geotechnical, environmental, or site-investigation service. It does not replace 811 or other call-before-you-dig systems, private locating, surveying, ground-penetrating radar, engineering review, record drawings, potholing, testing, or other required procedures. Output cannot confirm the identity, location, depth, ownership, status, condition, or safety of utilities or site conditions.

13. Engineering, Design, Quality and Compliance

JobsitePilot does not verify compliance with plans, drawings, specifications, codes, permits, engineering requirements, manufacturer instructions, standards, regulations, contract documents, quality requirements, or law. It does not certify workmanship, design, installation, inspection results, or acceptance.

14. Photographs, Images and Evidence

AI interpretation of photographs and images may be wrong due to perspective, lighting, resolution, obstruction, scale, metadata, missing context, manipulation, or other factors. JobsitePilot does not authenticate when or where an image was taken, whether it is complete or unaltered, whether it proves causation or responsibility, or whether it is legally sufficient evidence.

15. Reports Are Draft Documentation

Generated reports are draft documentation requiring human review. Professional formatting does not mean that the contents have been independently verified, certified, authenticated, approved, or accepted. Users must review reports before sharing them with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, insurers, authorities, attorneys, clients, or other third parties.

16. User Responsibility and Independent Judgment

The user remains solely responsible for decisions concerning work, payment, claims, notices, contracts, safety, scheduling, procurement, personnel, equipment, engineering, quality, compliance, project administration, and use of generated reports. Users must exercise independent professional judgment and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

17. User Content and Rights

Users are responsible for content they upload, enter, dictate, photograph, or transmit and represent that they have the rights and authority necessary to provide it. Users must not submit content unlawfully or in violation of confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property, employment, contractual, or other obligations.

18. Third-Party Reliance

JobsitePilot assumes no duty to third parties who receive or rely on a generated report. Users must not state or imply that JobsitePilot independently inspected, certified, approved, authenticated, or professionally verified a report or its contents.

19. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under their accounts and must notify JobsitePilot promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may use authentication, session, security, and abuse-prevention controls.

20. Data Retention and Independent Records

Users must maintain appropriate independent records and backups for information whose loss could materially affect their business, contractual rights, safety obligations, regulatory obligations, or legal position. JobsitePilot must not be treated as the sole repository for critical project records.

21. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, network events, security incidents, force majeure, feature changes, or other events may affect the Service. We may modify or discontinue features prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing paid commitments.

22. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and providers, including hosting, database/authentication, AI, payment, email, and related technology services. Their availability, security, terms, and performance are not entirely within our control.

23. Plans, Usage Limits and Free Access

The Free plan includes 10 reports total and does not reset. Basic includes 50 reports per subscription billing period and Plus includes 200 reports per subscription billing period. Paid allowances reset on the subscription billing date, do not roll over, and do not create overage fees; report generation is blocked when the applicable allowance is reached. Plan features, prices and limits are also disclosed on the website and before checkout. Promotional offerings may be changed or discontinued prospectively. Attempting to circumvent limits or abuse free access may result in restriction or suspension.

24. Paid Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Basic is currently USD $24 per month and Plus is currently USD $59 per month, plus applicable taxes. Paid plans renew monthly on the billing date shown at checkout unless cancelled. Before purchase, JobsitePilot will display the material price, billing frequency, recurring nature of the subscription, and applicable plan limits. By completing purchase, the customer authorizes recurring charges until cancellation. Payments are processed by Stripe.

25. Cancellation and Downgrades

Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through JobsitePilot's online billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal while paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. When that period ends, the account returns to the Free plan and the Free plan's 10-report total limit applies based on reports already created under that account. Paid-only features may become unavailable. Downgrades, upgrades and any proration take effect as stated in the billing interface. We will not intentionally impose unreasonable barriers to cancellation.

26. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, fees already charged for a billing period are non-refundable and cancellation applies to future billing. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other right that applicable mandatory law does not permit us to exclude.

27. Taxes

Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges applicable to their purchase except taxes imposed on our net income. Payment providers may calculate or collect taxes where configured or legally required.

28. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

The Service, software, interface, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by JobsitePilot or its licensors. Users retain rights in their original content and generated reports, subject to rights in the Service and third-party materials. The customer grants JobsitePilot a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited licence to host, copy, transmit, transform and otherwise process Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support the Service, comply with law, and follow the customer's instructions. JobsitePilot does not use Customer Content to train its own general-purpose AI models.

29. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the Service unlawfully; infringe rights; introduce malware; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer where prohibited; abuse plan limits; use the Service to create deceptive or fraudulent records; or misrepresent AI output as independently certified or verified by JobsitePilot.

30. AI Transparency

The Service identifies AI-assisted functionality and generated or AI-assisted content, including in generated reports. Users acknowledge that reports may contain content generated, organized, rewritten, summarized, classified, or suggested using AI. Users must not remove or obscure AI-assistance labels where doing so would mislead another person or violate law, must preserve or provide disclosures required by applicable law, and must not present JobsitePilot output as independently verified by JobsitePilot.

31. No Warranty

32. Limitation of Liability

This includes losses allegedly resulting from AI errors or omissions, incorrect or missing flags, incorrect reports, missed notices or deadlines, change-order or payment disputes, delays, safety events, incorrect quantities, image interpretation, service unavailability, data loss, or reliance on output.

The limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if damages were foreseeable. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

33. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobsitePilot and its operator from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the customer's misuse of the Service, customer-provided content, violation of law or contract, distribution or use of reports, misrepresentation of output as certified or verified, or breach of these Terms.

34. Essential Allocation of Risk

The disclaimers and limitations in these Terms are a material basis of the agreement and pricing. JobsitePilot provides an assistive software tool and does not assume the professional, contractual, project, safety, engineering, regulatory, financial, evidentiary, or commercial risks of customers' operations.

35. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, abuse, nonpayment, or threats to the Service. Where reasonably practicable, notice will be provided.

36. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory law applicable to a customer cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to such mandatory law, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Finland.

37. Global Use and Mandatory Local Law

The Service may be accessible internationally. Users are responsible for compliance with laws, regulations, professional rules, contractual requirements, and industry requirements applicable to them. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived in a jurisdiction, that right prevails only to the extent required by law, and the remainder of these Terms remains effective.

38. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

39. Severability; No Waiver; Assignment

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted to preserve its purpose as far as legally possible and the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Customers may not assign these Terms without our consent except where applicable law provides otherwise; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, sale, transfer, or succession of the Service.

40. Entire Agreement and Contact

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, AI & Construction Use Notice, and where applicable the Data Processing Addendum form the agreement governing the Service unless a separate written agreement applies.
