Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Policy applies to paid JobsitePilot subscriptions and forms part of the Global B2B Terms of Service. JobsitePilot is operated by Tmi J Juuso, Business ID 2721234-5, Keimolantie 88, 01750 Vantaa, Finland.
2. Business Subscription
JobsitePilot is intended for business and professional use. The plan name, current price, billing interval, report allowance, included features, and material recurring-billing terms are displayed before checkout.
3. Current Plans
Free: USD $0 and 10 reports total; the allowance does not reset. Basic: USD $24 per month and 50 reports per subscription billing period. Plus: USD $59 per month and 200 reports per subscription billing period, plus custom company logo and branded PDF features. Applicable taxes may be added. The material plan, price and recurring terms are displayed again before checkout.
4. Recurring Billing Authorization
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. By completing checkout, the customer expressly authorizes JobsitePilot and its payment processor to charge the disclosed recurring subscription fee and applicable taxes until cancellation.
5. Billing Processor
Payments and subscription-management functions are provided through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. The payment processor may retain payment credentials according to its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Cancellation
Customers may cancel online through JobsitePilot's subscription-management / billing-portal functionality. We intend cancellation to be straightforward and do not require a customer to telephone or negotiate with us merely to stop future renewal when online cancellation is available.
7. Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid plan access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. The account then returns to the Free plan, and the Free plan's 10-report total limit applies based on reports already created under that account. Paid-only features, including Plus branding options, may cease or become restricted after the paid period ends. Customers should export records they need before paid-only functionality ends.
8. Downgrades and Upgrades
Upgrades or downgrades are handled according to the terms shown in the billing interface at the time of the change, including any proration or effective date shown by Stripe. Customers should review the billing screen before confirming a plan change.
9. Refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise or JobsitePilot expressly agrees in writing, charges already incurred are non-refundable, including for unused reports, partial billing periods, failure to use the Service, or cancellation after a renewal has been charged. Cancellation ordinarily prevents future charges rather than reversing a completed billing period.
10. Failed Payments
If payment fails, access may be restricted, downgraded, or suspended after reasonable billing attempts or notices. Restoring payment does not guarantee restoration of data that was lawfully deleted under applicable retention rules.
11. Price Changes
JobsitePilot may change subscription prices prospectively. Existing customers will receive notice where required by applicable law or the applicable billing arrangement before a new price is charged.
12. Usage Limits
The Free allowance is 10 reports total and does not reset. Basic and Plus allowances reset on the account's monthly subscription billing date. Unused reports do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not redeemable. JobsitePilot does not charge per-report overage fees; generation is blocked after the applicable allowance is reached until a paid period resets or the customer changes plan. Deleting an existing report does not restore an allowance already used.
13. No Guarantee of Commercial Outcome
Subscription fees purchase access to software features, not a guaranteed commercial result. JobsitePilot does not guarantee recovery of change-order revenue, avoidance of claims, identification of extra work, increased profitability, successful notices, safety outcomes, dispute outcomes, or any other business result.
14. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this Policy removes cancellation, refund, withdrawal, renewal-notice, or other rights that applicable mandatory law does not allow the parties to exclude. Although JobsitePilot is designed as a B2B service, if mandatory consumer or subscription law applies to a particular transaction, those mandatory protections prevail to the required extent.
